Many have predicted the demise of web directories, arguing that most searchers prefer automatically generated search engine results to listings hand-picked by humans.

There is much to be said for directories, though. Not only are they especially useful for more general searches, they also help sites rank better in search engine results.

Three types of listings are offered - featured, regular and reciprocal. For regular listings, you receive an additional three links to your website. If you purchase a featured listing, you receive premium placement in the directory, the ability to be more flexible with the title used for your website, and an additional five links to your website.

Submitting a site

Submission is easy - simply navigate to an appropriate category and click the “Add Link” button at the top or bottom of the page.

Then, enter the website’s title, url, description, additional link information, along with your name and email address to be notified of acceptance or rejection.
