Yahoo adds new display module to search results
Yahoo! has added a new so-called “accordion” module to search results, giving direct access to media files.
For queries that bring up relevant images and videos a large box appears at the top of search results.
This box consists of a series of bars for different types of search results. For music results, for instance, there will be bars or tabs for albums, images, videos, news stories and twitter results. Click on one of the bars and it expands to a window displaying, for instance, images of the artist.
You can also play music tracks directly from the Yahoo! search result page.

Yahoo! adds:
“…when you search for a movie or a touring musician, you can buy movie or concert tickets for local venues from the search results page, or use our QuickApp for Netflix to put movies in your Netflix Queue. Try searching for the movie, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, and you’ll see the entertainment shortcut with all the information you need about the film.”
