Find quality recipes

find recipesThere is a huge and growing number of cooking sites available along with recipe search engines and sites for sharing recipes. Enter RecipeBridge.com, a vertical search engine for recipes.

RecipeBridge launched earlier this year and released a completely new version about two weeks ago. Currently, the index holds roughly 1.8 million recipes from hundreds of cooking sites across the web.

Searching RecipeBridge

You can browse recipes by category or search for recipes by title or ingredients. The search results list the source of the recipe, the name of the dish, and the main ingredients. There is also an RSS feed for search results that will keep you notified of new recipes.

There is also an advanced search option, where you can choose to search for recipes from celebrity chefs, gourmet recipes and recipes for special diets.

RecipeBridge for web site owners

The new release of RecipeBridge introduces a recipe API, which allows you to embed the search functionality and results directly into your web site or blog.
