New tech news aggregator: TechFuga
The search engine industry is definitely part of the ICT (information and communication technology) sector and therefore also tech news worthy.
There is a new tech new aggregation news site in town called TechFuga. It went out of beta today.
There is nothing truly revolutionary about it, but it does serve you up to date news in a clear and transparent manner.
There is a selection of main tech headlines at the top of the page, with selected “developing” or coming news stories to the right.
Below the top section there are blocks of headlines from selected news sources, techmeme, techcrunch, and arstechnica as well as social sites like delicious, digg and mixx. And yes, the search scene is presented through headlines from Sphinn.
The site has its own search engine that lets you search the sites covered by the service. Alternatively you may use the search form to search Twitter. The Twitter results are powered by Twitter.
